All American 10 Quart (9.5 litre) Pressure Canner
You will love this it's "So Cute!!" great for bottling meats, fish, vegetables and fruits with the famous All-American pressure preserver! Only All-American Pressure Cookers/Canner feature an exclusive, precision machined "metal-to metal" sealing system. Positive action clamping locks align the cover to the base, forming a steam-tight seal. At the same time, this metal-to-metal seal automatically permits venting under unusual pressure conditions, providing an extra margin of safety over conventional rubber or composition gasket cookers.
The All-American Presure Cooker/Canner is, first and foremost, a canner. It is large and heavy-cast for processing larger quantities of food per load.

All-American Pressure Cooker/Canners are intended and manufactured solely for home use applications.
Suitable for gas and electric stoves: not suitable for smooth top stoves or induction cooktops. Can be used with stand-alone gas burners. (Note that the instructions state that the canners cannot be used on turkey burners: these are specialised gas stoves with very high butane ratings. Standard gas burners available in Australia do not meet these sorts of heat but the burner must have an adjustable flame to prevent damage to the canner).
They are not suitable for glass/flat top ranges. The main reason for the restriction is that a full pressure canner with bottles and produce is very heavy and can cause the cooktop to crack. You may check the weight rating of your cooktop with the manufacturer to satisfy yourself that it can withstand heavy weights. Otherwise, it is recommended that you use a small single gas burner.
They are not intended for commercial applications
MADE IN USA. Since 1930
All American canners carry a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you read and follow the instructions for use. In our experience, the very small number of pressure canner failures we have seen are due to people not following the instructions precisely and trying to use the canner with little or no water.
All American Canners are not designed to be used as sterilizers. Using them in this manner will void the warranty
