Preorder Items

We have some products that can be ordered and paid for in advance but which will not ship until they are available.

Please note the following conditions on preorder items:

Payment must be made in full at the time of the order

Any items that are preordered cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been received.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Other items ordered with preorder items will be shipped when the item comes into stock.  Orders will not be split even if the preorder delivery is delayed.

If you require the other items immediately, please place a separate order.

The ETA we supply on the listing is indicative only.  This is based on the lead times advised by the manufacturer and on an estimate of the shipping time.  Delays can occur due to manufacturing issues, freight issues or customs inspections and other unforeseen circumstances.  These delays are beyond our control and will not be grounds for cancellation.  Please refer to the item listing for updates on delivery times. 

Please note that our customer service staff will not be privvy to further information other than what is supplied on the listing and any enquiries about lead times and delivery will be directed to the relevant website page.

Pricing offered on preorder items is cheaper than waiting until the stock is available.
