Click and Collect

Office hours are 9.30 am - 3 pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please allow at least 24 hours for order processing and wait for us to contact you to confirm the goods are ready to collect prior to coming to our warehouse.

If the collection is required urgently please check with our warehouse staff via our contact ticket system prior to placing your order so we can let you know if we can help out. Please allow at least 12 hours notice for urgent collections.

We do not offer in warehouse sales so all orders must be placed online but you can select to pick up from our store. If your usual shipping address is not local and you want to pick it up from our store, please put your delivery address as 24 - 28 South St, South Kempsey NSW 2440 which will then display a pickup option.

Click and collect orders will be held for a maximum of 14 days (Excluding Holidays) from the day of order. Orders that are not collected within that time without making alternative arrangements will be cancelled and no refund will be payable. Please contact us if you need an extension.

We do not provide a packing service for click and collect.  Please bring your own cartons / packaging materials.
