Designed to be used with equipment you have in your kitchen but the use of the Cheesemaker is highly recommended.
Refill items are readily available.
Note that some items are marked as requiring freezing or refrigeration. We store the items accordingly right up until shipment: they will not be harmed by a few days at room temperature, but make sure that you unpack them immediately and re-cool them upon receipt.
