Le Parfait Swingtop Jars are available in several sizes and are perfect for preserving soup, fruits, pickles or vegetables. They are also recommended for dry storage.
The rounded and slightly domed shape distinguishes the Le Parfait Super jars from the terrines, which are characterized by their straight shape.
If using le Parfait jars for heat processing, we recommend using them primarily for waterbath canning as opposed to pressure canning. It is also important that once the process is finished and the jar has cooled, the wire bail must be unlatched and the seal tested by lifting the jar by the lid only. The bail should remain unlatched throughout storage.
