The items are packed inside the body of the canner: please make sure you open the box and open the canner to find them.
ATTENTION NZ CUSTOMERS We are able to offer flat rate shipping for this kit ONLY. If you wish to order other items we recommend that you place a second order and put in a note that items are to ship with your canner. A second freight charge will still apply but it will be lower than if you place the additional items on the same order as the canner kit.
IMPORTANT NOTE: it is critical that you read and follow the instructions provided in the instruction manual. Specifically ensure that you adhere to the guidelines for the amount of water to use to avoid dry boiling the canner and avoid excessive heat which can lead to irreparable damage to the canner. Failure to follow the instructions will void your warranty.
