Please check the following first before contacting us:
1. Have you created a customer account? Sometimes check-out issues can be resolved by registering an account before proceeding to payment.
2. Are you ordering a quantity of the item which is currently not available? This should appear on the product in your cart as a series of asterixes and a message will appear at the top of the page to advise that the quantity ordered is not available.
3. Have you provided delivery instructions for the courier in the box at the bottom of the page (this field is required: if it's not relevant just put NA in the box)
4. Are you using a version of Internet Explorer which is at least IE9? Our website is not compatible with older versions of IE and you will need to install a different browser. We recommend Chrome which you can install by using this link
